As a thought leader who also happens to be a professional speaker, certified solution-based, transformational Life Coach, and Founder of 1 Million Lives Transformed, Dr. Wall mentors, consults, and coaches other leaders, coaches, and speakers, empowering them to shed their old selves and confidently embrace new paths using principles, strategies, and proven methodologies to overcome barriers to success.

A self-described “Transformation Architect,” Dr. Wall also serves as the Chief of Staff for the President of Howard Community College. In this vital leadership role, she is pivotal in working with the other executives to shape the college's strategic direction and initiatives, ensure the college remains at the forefront of education, and “meet the students where they dream.”

Dr. Wall earned both a Master's and Bachelor of Science in Management, specializing in organizational leadership, from Johns Hopkins University. Through her leadership, entrepreneurship/body of work, and service to the community, she has been bestowed an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration from Trinity International University's School of Business, along with others such as “Dr. Les Brown, Dr. Jody Watley, civil rights leaders, and other leaders across the world.
